TORONTO – Kontrol Technologies Corp. (NEO:KNR) (OTCQB:KNRLF) (FSE:1K8) (“Kontrol” or the “Company”), adds a new Industrial Customer (the “Customer”) providing real-time monitoring of air quality and water quality across a number of petro chemical facilities. The Company will operate and manage air monitoring and water assets including a network of monitoring stations, associated data acquisition software and equipment, and calibration equipment.

“We continue to add new customers in the growing sector of regulated air quality and water monitoring,” says Paul Ghezzi, CEO of Kontrol. “With this new Customer we will be monitoring, in real-time, a number of large industrial facilities in Ontario, Canada. The recurring revenue demonstrates our ability to continue to add significant customers on a multi-year solution offering.”

Approximately $1.1 Million in recurring revenues will be generated over a three-year period. In addition, the Company will have the opportunity to deliver at the request of the Customer individual projects, improvements or upgrades which are not recurring but may add to revenues over time.
